What We Do

Koru Brands is an instant in-market partnership - with a specialism in premium spirits, wines, and other alcoholic beverages. What we do is very different from most representation companies. 

We work as a genuine partner to develop export markets from both sides of the business - directly into sales channels. We're a fusion of importer, distributor, wholesaler, marketer, and sales team. 

We source, develop and facilitate  partner suppliers, and manage brand sell-in, activation, marketing, logistics and represent each brand direct to trade channels including on- and off-trade partners within a given market or territory. 

We also have considerable expertise in creating new products, extending lines and launching NPD from concept thru R&D, testing, design to on-shelf.

Opportunity Assessment
We assess client's export opportunity and market potential before developing a viable commercial proposition. We develop a commercial model that assesses capacity, capability, scaleability and scope. Our focus is on delivering profitable growth business.

Market Access
We facilitate direct market access into retail and a number of the worlds largest distributors within the UK, Australia, the USA, China, South East Asia and India. 

Master License Partnership
Our established and credibe position within high-growth, but challenging markets like India enable us to work closely with brand owners by securing Master License rights for given territories ensuring focus, dedicated growth, brand security and value.

Direct to Trade
Our relationships ensure direct sales, using a direct-to-channel model, with or without managed 3PL and delivery into customer distribution centres - whether a retailer, distributor, or centralised buying group.

Door to Door
Market development - from cellar or distillery to on-trade buying groups, liquor stores, supermarkets, distributors and wholesalers. We recommend, arrange and manage logistics including collection, shipping, freight, tariffs & taxes - direct to end client DC's.

Sell-In
Crafting and implementing sales strategies and programmes to key account retailers, large format distributors, global buying groups and on-trade partners, as well as management of on-going sales.

Marketing
We specialise in developing sustainable strategic marketing initiatives, generating A&P, brand activation programs and PR programmes that are focused on brand growth.

Channel Evolution
We match brands and products (and capacity) to the appropriate channel - whether on-trade, specialist hospitality, key account retail or distributor.

Private Label or Exclusive Brand
We also source and develop Private Label options for retailers in the USA, Australia and India plus supply chain, logistics and financial modelling. Our Private Label products cover all spirits and wine categories.
 
Account Management
 Where required, we will provide full in-market day to day brand management including control of the supply chain, marketing, activation and trade customers.
